I had a pretty good stay at Somerset Rama 9 Bangkok, although there were some minor hiccups. The staff was super friendly, my room was upgraded with stunning city views, and the breakfast was solid. However, I did find the hotel fragrance a bit overpowering, and there were some small cleanliness issues in my bathroom. Overall, a great experience, but a couple of areas could use some attention.

I had a fantastic stay at Somerset Rama 9 Bangkok. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going beyond my expectations. I appreciated the stunning city views from my upgraded room, but I did wish for a hairdryer in the room, which I couldn't find. Breakfast started off great with a queue, as suggested, but I enjoyed the variety once seated.
